However, not everyone can be qualified for the job. To establish a tint of legality in the work and to make it more systematic as well, real estate agents in some areas in the US are obliged to apply for a license, as this will allow them to accept fees for the assistance they render to their clients. Meanwhile, lawyers in some US jurisdictions are permitted to facilitate realty transactions for payments without being licensed real estate agents. To further magnify the chance of a successful transaction, a real estate education is needed. Frequently, the real estate brokerages grant this education as a way of recruiting new brokers.
